Life After "Course Out"

The eternal loneliness produced by the absence of
classes has made me understand the beauty of it.
It was indeed wonderful even for me who was never
happy with it during its reign. The same is the case
with my roommates.
In the last couple of
months my life has been nothing short of an
intensely boring ultra time consuming nonsense
drama. i have watched abt a hundred movies a hundred
times. my line of thought has bcom so retrogressive
that i have strtd searching nonexistent meanings in
commercial films; confused, watching movies like
"BIG B" about hundred times searching for the
brilliance that caused it to become a super hit
and repeating the movie again and again thinking
that it was my mistake not to recognize it may be
an explanation for my condition but then again
i might be wrong i did actually missed the magic
in the movie. And what is more disturbing is the
knowledge that all the geeks are enjoying their
vacations in their own ways.some have strted
taking crash courses for cat ,some are eagerly
waiting for their call letters. There is yet another
category who are much more happy and satisfied,
the ones who are actually fulfilling their dream.
Yes im talking abt the mosquito lover. he is working
so hard for his brothers that he even took a trip
to singapore for promoting his famous mosquito
loving campaign. The poor guy was so disappointed
at the lack of mosquito population there that he
ended up starting a mosquito culture center named
"six legged angels".He has now become a very
satisfied and successful person with awesome
financial support from mat making companies like
gud nite and mortein.
whats surprising is that i miss them all. And it
really hurts passing through the campus knowing
that it doesnt belong to us anymore.i wish i could
attend more classes in this gr8 campus

Future plans

Finally the classes are over, now we can wake up peacefully
without bothering to attend them. No more boring lectures,
no more disgusting seminars, no more running for attendance
but some how i will miss classes,i will miss the benches and
desks which helped us sleep during the most boring hours of
our lives, i will miss the fun we had while annoying the
geeks,i will miss the beautiful chat sessions in our favorite
last benches, i will miss many things but hell with them, now
i will have the luxury of a bed the whole time. And now that the
classes are over a question comes to my mind what next, but i
forcefully remove the thought as its horrible to break our
most important rule “never think of tomorrow while enjoying
today". But heard that some of the geeks have already started
working for the development of their future plans .Our
beautiful minded mosquito loving geek has started a community
for the welfare of mosquitoes and he has proudly named it "me
and my brothers", he has even started working against the newly
developed electric mosquito bats. He has developed a whole lot
of enemies by working for the national fly of cochin(Some guys
remain idiots even after completing btech but at least they are
happy in their field of work even as a mosquito protector). And
some geeks are specializing in multitasking they have been
practicing it for months, chatting and doing project at the
same time are some of the ways adopted by them to improve their
skill .Yes these guys never change no matter what happens, some
wants to work in two companies at the same time, some wants to
protect their brothers .Yet at this last moment i just want to
wish them all the best for their future life in any field they
choose to work and they say im a sadist but then they are geeks
what more to expect of them.

Chilly lentils and bread curry

Well those who had a bad cooking experience should stay away from it. But some guys breaks this golden rule and keeps repeating the same mistake. Once they are determined to cook nothing could stop them not even the reminder of their previous cooking experiences. It’s as if they are destined to commit the same mistake. Well sorry to say but me and some of my friends can be put in this category. We are so creative that once we start cooking ,our instincts take over, invariably producing terrific dishes which hardly resembles what we had in mind. Together we have produced some classic dishes like chilly beans (cant remember all the ingredients but definitely tasted chilly and beans that's why we named it so. Still cant forget the dish ,how can we? our stomach wont allow it, poor thing still suffering from its after effects) and"extra pepper, extra oiled and extra fried french fries with extra salt" are some of them. Our latest cooking venture was "chilly lentils and bread curry". Me and one of my friends were the creators of this mesmerizing dish.My friend who had already made lentils curry twice was the leader. He was really a genius when it came to cooking. he had answers to all my questions, like when i informed him about the absence of pressure cooker to boil lentils he calmly told me to boil it in any pan and use another pot filled with water to cover it so there remains some pressure and when i asked him about the extra amount of onion he cut he threw me a disgusting look and told me "you got to enjoy the work you do and sometimes when you enjoy it you will get carried away".At the very moment i made him my guru and that was my first cooking lesson. He taught me the importance of plan b and told me not to worry bcoz he always had one . He already knew what to do with extra onion,we will make omelets, he said. He was a good teacher, i wasn't a bad student either i learned things pretty quickly, that was why i never asked him why he was pouring the whole packet of chilly pwdr into the dish when just a couple of spoons were needed cause i knew he was enjoying his work and he had a plan b. He did have a plan b in fact he had plan c,d,e,f.. He threw extra water, extra salt, extra turmeric powder and many other things in order to neutralize the effect of chilly but what ever he did had the negative effect like the addition of water removed the last remaining flavor of lentils from the dish, addition of salt made the dish more bitter and the addition of turmeric powder resulted in generating a unique smell which could make anyone puke. But he never gave up and kept on tring new things with little success and the next thing i remember was plan y "adding bread into the dish". Bread will absorb all the additional flavors and when we remove bread from the dish it will be perfect. An undeniable logic but it so happened that the bread dissolved into the dish. The results were awesome the dish looked brilliant. You just had to look into it and you will scream Amitabh Bachan(hope you guys have seen the movie slum dog millionaire),it really looked like shit. Finally he taught me plan z (the only plan which i now think was sensible) throw the dish into the closet and never to talk about the dish again . That was the second time in my life i hated food i could vomit by the mere mention of food (first time i had the situation was when we made chilly beans). But as i said we never learn from our mistakes we are planning to make another dish. P.S Second blog in 2 days .im really bored and im writing continuous crap if sabith doesnt come back soon i may write a whole lot more crap in this crap blog.

The last days of college

some of my geek friends are compelling
me to attend the last classes of college
not the beautiful minded ones , i guess
the beautiful minded ones are smart enough
to know that some guys don't change but
the rest just dont get it .They cant
understand some practices which had taken
years of practice to be perfected dont
change in a fort night especially when you
are happy with it.Putting in simple words
why sleep on a bench when you have the
luxury of a bed.But how can they understand
they are seen sitting in the class even
when the classes are over .Missing classes
are a horrible thought for them just as much
as attending classes for us.The last days are
particularly hard for us as we are forced to
attend as many as we can to in order to save
year out but the more we try the more we fail.
For me attending classes is the most horrible
thought as while in the class when ever a
teacher is absent i feel like my whole body
is paralyzed and all the geeks are blabbering
around my ears and i can do nothing to stop it
and when ever a teacher is present i realize
how badly i need a bed to get sound sleep
making me crazy to get back to my room.Talking
about teachers their partiality is one reason
behind our absence from the class.Yes they are
partial towards the geeks they give us severe
punishments and spare the geeks for performing
the same crime say for example for chatting during
lecture time a geek may be promoted to the first
bench while one of us performing the same crime
will receive a detention and will be forcefully
brought to the first bench .How can we tolerate
such injustice but who bothers about us,the geeks
whose only interest is studies and keeps denying
it saying that they have other interests ( take
my word they doesnt, one of my geek friend tells
me she loves chatting and when ever i ask her
whether she is doing anything along with it she
replies "just my project")or the teachers who
keeps searching for new ways to torment us. None
will care about us but as groom says "bein lazy
is no box of chocolates.Geeks laugh, treat you
shabby. Now they say geeks are supposed to be so,
but let me tell you-it aint always that way.Even
so, we got no complaints cause we reckon we done
live a pretty interesting life"(i did change a
couple of words from the sentence hope groom
doesnt mind )

Sleep

Being lazy is real fun. After a while nothing
catches your imagination, nothing inspires
you not even a closely fought match like
arsenal- WBA catches your attention (the
mention of the match is only to annoy some
beautiful minded idiots). All the tension
and problems of the world eludes you. There
remains a state of stillness which makes
everything light and normal. You cant make
out whether you are happy or sad, right or
wrong. The only thing that dazzles you is
sleep and it becomes so insatiable that the
more you sleep the more you want to.
Everything about sleep becomes beautiful.
You start taking pleasure in the moments when
you fall into and wake up from sleep so much
that the moment you wake up you want to fall
into it.The only problem is when sleep eludes
you, you become crazy and does so many pranks
that confirms your state to others. But the
fact remains that sleep is the best state in
the world and no matter how hard you try you
cannot stay away from it.

Dedicated to all the sleepers who enjoys
sleeping

Lonely isomniac nights are the most boring nights that I
have ever experienced. (If you do not know what isomniacs
means refer to thattumpuram blog suppu has written a post
on it).You have plenty of time to do anything you wish the
problem is that you have nothing to do plus you cant sleep.
But continuous exposure to such nights has developed in me
a kind of liking for such nights and I have started to
understand the advantages of such nights.

Here are some of the effects that these nights may cause
on you .

1. The first and foremost thing is the realization that
sleep does have a limit and once you cross the limit
its really hard to come by.
2. These nights can do wonders to your musical taste
i.e. your musical versatility will be increased .You
starts admiring the creativity in songs that you
thought were real crap.Even the wild tamil songs you
hated during daytime becomes beautiful. The best part
is that you even seem to follow the notes of these
songs even though you are not sure about their
existence.
3. Your creative skills will be improved. You even fancy
your hand in writing short stories and poems. You
start meeting the creative genius hidden in you and
will be astonished by his ability.
N.B Always make sure that you are the first person to
read your masterpiece after its completion. This will
be a real favor to others as they will be spared from
the horror and it saves you from future
embarrassments.
4. Addiction to fm radio stations is an inevitable
character of isomniacs. You even start liking the add
songs of the stations that comes at regular intervals.
Recognizing some strange fictional patterns in which
the songs are organized in stations may also be the
result of continuous isomniac nights.
5. Invention of new games: -
Killing mosquitoes with folded paper, organizing them
into specific design and taking their portrait is a
wonderful game.
Catching mosquitoes alive gluing them to a4 size
sheets and taking their videos is an even better one.
These games are good for your health as well as it
gives nice exercise to your hands and improves your
reflexes by enormous proportions. I can assure you
catching a mosquito is no piece of cake.
6. Enhancing your observational skills: -
You find time for watching the ants carry the dead
mosquitoes to their burrows. Their coordination and
hard work captures your imagination.
The movement of seconds hand of the clock, its rhythm
and slowness starts to inspire you.
You may even find it interesting to watch your friend
sleep and though you want to wake him you wont do it.
Suddenly you realize you have become a better person.
7. You will start loving work .You will be ready to do
virtually any thing to keep time ticking .You will
wash clothes ,clean dishes or clean the whole kitchen
with utmost sincerity and that too at 2 or 3 in the
morning.
8. And the best part your appreciation for natural
beauty increases.
The beauty of night continues to astonish you.
You never gets tired of watching the beauty of a
moonlit sky colored with stars and a slight cover of
clouds . You stand on your terrace and enjoys the view
assuming the time flyby (only an assumption is
possible the fucking time hardly moves). If you are
lucky you will be gifted with a slow cold wind which
kisses your cheeks with its light moisture content and
beautiful voices of unseen birds giving you company
removing your loneliness.

P.S. Another one of those boring isomniac nights has made
write this crap blog .even sabith is not online

A.I. (Art of Inducing patience)

Well Artificial intelligence may be an interesting class for the

geeks but for us it’s the most boring hour of the semester. We

call it the Art of Inducing patience, yes the A.I miss always

makes sure that our patience is tested to its ultimate limit .

There is an ongoing cold war between us and miss where miss

tries to improve our patience while our brave warriors eludes

her in vain efforts and falls into the deathly hallows of sleep.

Wednesdays are the most horrible days as it contains 2 hours

of a I on the tot. Let me describe you the behavior traits of some

students during A I hours

(These are exaggerations made by the author. forgive him if you

find it offensive in any way )

Starting from the first bench

Siji and Nithya were gazing at the board, you can tell from their

faces they do not follow a thing. They just kept on gazing at the

board even after miss rubbed the board clean. Guess they saw

something on the board which was invisible to the rest. Sunitha –

doing what she always does the best ie to concentrate on

concentrating (now don’t ask what the sentence means even the

author is not sure of it, hope you understand what he is trying to

convey). Tara –taking notes probably the same old Pompeian

stuff (what is so special about Marcus anyway??.Cant she(miss)

find another example ,oops forgot about the cat).Vineetha was

laughing may be having one of those funny day dreams (the only

girl in our league , way to go girl!keep dreaming).Naru was so

attentive that nothing short of an earthquake could halt his attention.

Nishad was following narus league while Sanju ,as uneasy as

always twisting and turning ,cracking his crap jokes at regular

intervals.Ryan another day dreamer probably picturising an

outer space fight between his favorite cartoon characters .Ron

was drawing some weird things ,he proudly calls them bikes

(thank god at least he knows what he is drawing).Sreeni was

following rons work closely as though he had the rare privilege

to witness Davinci paint another classic (what ever ,people will

do virtually anything to kill time during A I hours so what if rons

painting is not a classic it aint half as boring as the class).Coming

to the next row the Neethus were murmuring and giggling(gosh!

girls and gossips). Nesha kept nodding her head to anything and

everything the miss said (her mom must be giving her a nice neck

massage, this is one heck of an exercise she does and that too

through out the day). She was shouting answers to all questions

disturbing the peaceful sleep of the back benchers, poor guys

they never disturbed anybody still having this horrible fate (an

astonishing vocal cords, she is definitely lucky to have one of

those .no one will ever miss her point unless he is deaf).Varun –

as always expressionless can’t make out what he is thinking

probably day dreaming, huh! Forgot Mr Varun is in l_v_ keep

dreaming man, you are licensed to dream. Seeing Mr. Romeo a

faint smile came to my lips. Here is one guy who could make me

smile in any situation, even in this heck of a boring situation. May

be he keeps reminding me of his idiotic pranks or may be guys who

say they have a beautiful mind has that effect on you, I don’t know

for sure but he could always make me smile .the guy was desperately

trying to listen. Then coming to the last benches suppu was sleeping

so was Shinto so was kanjan so was rest except me and chori.

Chori as always was deeply engaged in his mobile, don’t know

what he did with it and never dared to ask him about that .And

me I was watching all these pranks in the class and then I realized

I was the only one in my league who was not sleeping .Damn, im

destroying my reputation for sure ,I have to sleep. Now ,why am I

not sleeping? may be because of my marathon sleep the previous

night starting from midnight till noon(bunking the morning session

of course).i think that explains a lot about my sleeplessness but still

I was harming my reputation .i had to sleep the question was how

then it suddenly came to me the golden rule of the bad boys “if you

have any problem to get sleep try attending the classes”. yes that

did the trick , slowly sleep started taking its toll on me. the class

seemed to be fainting ,my eyelids started gaining weight and I was

falling on the bench. That’s all I could remember of that AI hour.

now you may ask me who is winning the war is it the miss or us?,

has our patience increased?.Not sure whos winning the war or if

there is any improvement to our patience but one thing is for sure

our sleeping sessions have definitely taken an upward curve.
